Comment
The coin is dedicated to Baturyn, the capital city of such Ukrainian Hetmans of the Left Bank Ukraine, as: D.Mnohohrishny, I.Samoilovych, I.Mazepa and K.Rozumovsky. Starting since 1669 governmental institutions had been functioning in the city and representatives of the Cossack managerial staff lived there. Destroyed in 1708 on the order of Russian Czar Peter the First, Baturyn was restored to life again and for the second but the last time became the capital city of the Cossack state under ruling of Hetman Kyrylo Rozumovsky remaining forever the symbol of the national statehood.Interesting fact
