Interesting fact

One interesting fact about this coin is that it features a unique design that reflects the culture and history of Vanuatu. The obverse side of the coin depicts a traditional Melanesian warrior, while the reverse side features a image of a local fruit, the "Ni-Vanuatu" which is a staple food in the country. This design was created by the French engraver, Pierre Gandon, who was inspired by the local culture and traditions of Vanuatu. This coin is a rare and valuable collector's item for numismatists and those interested in the history and culture of Vanuatu.
