Inside of these rectangles are represented elements to symbolize the activities of UN: the microscope for scientific research; the wheat ear for aid activities to those countries with nutrition problems; the dove in support of the maintenance of peace; and finally the caduceus as a symbol of health care for underdeveloped countries. More in other rectangles are the dates of the anniversary, the value, the mintmark and the author's name. Outside the composition four big dots are placed in cardinal positions
