Comment

The European Football Championship 2024 or Euro 2024 was the 17th edition of the European men's national team tournament. Organized by UEFA, it was held in Germany from June 14 to July 14. Germany was chosen to host the competition on September 27, 2018, after beating Turkey. This is the second time the country has hosted the championship, having previously organized the 1988 edition. Spain were crowned champions for the fourth time after beating England 2-1 in the final at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin. The Spanish team thus became the team with the most titles won at the tournament.

Interesting fact

The 2024 UEFA Euro 10 Euro coin from Spain featuring King Philip VI is a non-circulating coin, meaning it is not intended for general circulation and is instead produced in limited quantities for collectors. Despite its limited circulation, the coin is still considered legal tender in Spain.
