Interesting fact
The Astérix and Liberty coin was designed by the French comic book artist Albert Uderzo, who is best known for creating the popular comic book series Asterix. The coin features an image of Astérix, the main character of the series, holding a shield with the word "Liberté" (French for "Liberty") written on it. The coin was issued in 2015 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Asterix series.
