The Astérix and Fraternity coin was designed by the French comic book artist Albert Uderzo, who is best known for creating the popular comic book series Asterix. The coin features an image of Astérix, the main character of the series, participating in the Olympic Games. The coin was issued to commemorate the 2015 European Games in Baku, Azerbaijan.
