This collection is the third issue of a collection of coins called "Treasures of Spanish Museums." In the coins that make up this series, emblematic pieces of the Museums of our country are reproduced. This III Series is composed of five coins that recreate, each one of them, works by the artists Goya, Velázquez, Arcimboldo, Rubens, Tintoretto and Madrazo.
Federico de Madrazo y Kuntz (Rome, February 9, 1815-Madrid, June 10, 1894) was a Spanish painter, specialized in romantic style portraits.
