This piece was engraved by the monetary workshop of Utrecht by several engravers according to the following periods :- 2014 - 2015 : Sails ; Maarten Brouwer (holder)
- 2015 - 2017 : Sails and star ; Kees Bruinsma (interim)
- 2017 - 2020 : Sint Servaas bridge; Stephan Satijn (holder)
In 2020 Dutch coins minted for general circulation did not depict the mintmark and mintmastermark

Interesting fact
One interesting fact about this coin is that it features a unique map design on the reverse side, which is the second map to be featured on a Dutch euro coin. The map depicts the Netherlands and its position in Europe, with the 12 stars of the European Union surrounding the country. This design was created by the Dutch designer, Erwin Olaf, and was chosen as the winner of a national competition. The use of a map on the coin serves as a symbol of the country's connection to Europe and the wider world.
