Interesting fact

The Pattern 10 Dinars coin was designed by the French engraver and sculptor, Albert Decaris, who was also responsible for designing many other coins and stamps for various countries. Decaris' design for the Pattern 10 Dinars coin features a portrait of Habib Bourguiba, the first president of Tunisia, on the obverse, and a depiction of a traditional Tunisian archway on the reverse. The coin was minted in 1967 to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Tunisia's independence from France, and it was produced in a limited quantity as a trial or pattern coin, which makes it a rare and valuable collector's item.
