Comment
Lapel varieties (Elie 2003, p. 443):El Mon.# 10.2a: without triangle under the 10, with rhombus on the right.
El Mon.# 10.2b: with triangle below the 10, without rhombus on the right.
The latter variety (El Mon.# 10.2b) also appears to have the rhombus on the right, but only very slightly(https://wikicollection.fr/?p=24830). Only the presence/absence of the triangle under the 10 distinguishes the two varieties.
Interesting fact
The 10 Centimes coin from Commune of Cette (Department of Hérault) was minted in 1917, during World War I, and it features an image of a ship on the reverse side, which represents the port city of Sète, where the coin was issued. This coin was part of a series of coins minted during the war years to help finance the French war effort.
