Interesting fact

The 10 Centavos coin from Colombia was designed by artist and engraver, José de Creeft. The coin features a portrait of Simón Bolívar, the leader of the Latin American independence movement, on one side, and the Colombian coat of arms on the other. The divided legend on the coin reads "República de Colombia" on the top and "10 Centavos" on the bottom. This design was used from 1969 to 1971, and the coin was made of nickel clad steel, weighing 2.52 grams.
