Interesting fact
The Pattern 10 Cash coin was designed by Luigi Giorgi, an Italian engraver and artist who was invited by the Republic of China to design a new currency for the country. The coin features a portrait of Sun Yat-sen, the founder of the Republic of China, on one side, and a scene depicting the founding of the Republic on the other. The coin was minted in 1914, but it was never widely circulated, making it a rare and valuable collector's item.
