Comment
Minted in GrevesmühlenInteresting fact
The obverse of the coin features an image of Ulrich III, the Duke of Mecklenburg-Güstrow, dressed in elaborate attire and holding a scepter. The reverse of the coin depicts the coat of arms of the Duchy of Mecklenburg-Güstrow, which includes a griffin and a shield with the family crest of the House of Mecklenburg. The coin's design was created by the artist and engraver, Christian Wermuth, who was active during the 16th century.
