Slg. Noss II, 364, Slg. Kömmerling 688Interesting fact
The 1 Thaler coin from the Duchy of Palatinate-Zweibrücken, minted in 1612 during the reign of John II, features an error in the inscription on the reverse side. The Latin phrase "Soli Deo Gloria" (Glory to God Alone) was mistakenly engraved as "Soli Deo Glori" (Glory to God), omitting the word "a" (which means "to"). This error has become a distinctive feature of the coin and is now highly sought after by collectors.
