Interesting fact
The 1 Thaler coin commemorating John George II's birth in 1669 features an error in the inscription on the reverse side. The Latin inscription "NATUS" (meaning "born") was mistakenly engraved as "NATVS" instead. This error was not corrected in subsequent mintings, and as a result, the coin became known as the "Klippe" or "Clipped Thaler," and it is now highly sought after by collectors.
