Interesting fact

One interesting fact about the 1 Thaler - István Bocskai 1605 coin from Principality of Transylvania (Hungarian States) is that it features an image of a turul bird on its reverse side. The turul bird is a mythical creature in Hungarian mythology, often depicted as a large bird of prey with a majestic plumage and sharp talons. It is said to symbolize strength, courage, and wisdom. The inclusion of the turul bird on the coin may reflect the importance of these values in the Principality of Transylvania during the time of István Bocskai's rule.
