This is very similar to the KM#301. Other sources have lumped this coin in with previous years, though this example is noticeably different.
I finally found another example of this coin on www.icollectall.com, it lists as KM# 313 and Sieg 88.

Interesting fact

The 1 Speciedaler coin from Norway, issued during the reign of King Carl XIV in 1844, features a unique design element - a small hole in the center of the coin. This hole was intentionally added to the coin's design to make it easier for people to thread the coins onto a string or cord, allowing them to be worn around the neck or attached to clothing.
