Comment
There are several versions but Tu'i Malila was allegedly given to the Tongan Royal Family by Captain Cook (or one of his crew members) around 1777. Tu'i Malila was at least 188 when she died in 1965 and at that moment the oldest land animal ever. She had been believed to be a male throughout her life, but after examination after her dead it turned out she was a female.Interesting fact
One interesting fact about the 1 Seniti coin from Tonga is that it features a portrait of King Taufa'ahau Tupou IV, who reigned from 1965 until his death in 2006. He was the longest-reigning monarch in Tongan history and was known for his efforts to modernize the country while still maintaining its traditional culture and values.
