Interesting fact
The 1 Scudo coin from Malta, minted in 1738 during the reign of Grand Master Ramon Despuig, was made of silver and features an image of the Grand Master on one side and the coat of arms of Malta on the other. This coin was used as a standard circulation coin in Malta during that time and is now considered a rare and valuable collector's item.
