Comment

Maximilian Heinrich, of the House of Wittlesbach, was the Archbishop-Elector of Cologne (Koln) and the Duke of Westphalia from 1650-1688. The Wittlesbach crest combines the Bavarian diamond-shaped field with the Palatinate (Pfalz) rampant lion.
