There was evidence that a mint was operated as Sankheda by two goldsmiths namelyJassa Soni and Kaka Soni during (1790-1810 AD). These coins must therefore be
attributed to Govind Rao Gaikwad (2nd reign) or Manaji Rao Gaikwad as regent
for Sayaji Rao I Gaikwad.
