Rejected 1949 Rupee Pattern post independence. Allegedly, 4 sets were made.  Reverse design similar to a previous Agricultural Expo Gold Medal from 1928 (listed below).

The 1949 Pattern Series 1 Rupee coin made of Nickel weighing 11.7g is a rare and unique coin that was never put into circulation.
