Date of issue: 17 OCT 2002The Amur goral (Nemorhaedus caudatus) inhabits the mountain areas of the Primorsky Territory. Hunting and catching the gorals has been prohibited since 1924. Since the Lazovsky and Sikhote-Alyny reserves were created, the population of gorals became stable. The Amur goral is protected by the Stale.
