Interesting fact
One interesting fact about this coin is that it was issued during a time of economic turmoil in Sweden, known as the "Klipping" era, where the government resorted to clipping the edges of coins to reduce their weight and increase their quantity in circulation, hence the name "Klippingar" (Swedish for "clippings"). This coin, in particular, was issued by King Gustav II Adolf during his reign from 1625 to 1627. Despite its relatively low value, it is considered a rare and valuable collector's item today due to its historical significance and the fact that many of these coins were melted down for their metal content over the centuries.
