The first of four Edwina Ellis bridge designs, representing Scotland, the Forth Railway Bridge is a cantilever railway bridge over the Firth of Forth in the east of Scotland, 9 miles (14 kilometres) west of Edinburgh city centre. It is considered an iconic structure and a symbol of Scotland (having been voted Scotland's greatest man-made wonder in 2016) and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.As well as being for circulation, the coin was issued as part of the Annual Coin Sets for 2004, in both Brilliant Uncirculated & Proof versions. It was also issued in the annual Baby pack (34,371 sales), Wedding pack (4,214 sales), a 3-coin pack alongside the steam locomotive £2 and 4-minute mile 50p (14,391 sales) and an individual BU pack (24,014 sales)
