The third of four Norman Sillman heraldic emblems, issued as part of the Annual Coin Sets for 1996, in both Brilliant Uncirculated (86,501 sales) & Proof versions, it was also issued individually in a BU pack (no sales data), while also being struck in silver proof and silver piedfort.
