Comment

In 1965, Neli Utberg reported a 1962 auction of the 1908 and 1909, this being, at that timie, the only registered auction of the 1908 sample.

Interesting fact

The Pattern 1 Peso coin from Mexico, minted in 1908, features a unique design element - a small eagle on the reverse side, which was not present in the final version of the coin. This interesting fact adds to the coin's historical significance and value among collectors.
