"Guerrillero Heroico" (Heroic Guerilla Fighter) is the name of the famous portrait taken by Alberto "Korda" Díaz Gutiérrez to Guevara, during the funerals of the victims of the "Le Coubre" explosion, on March 5th., 1960.This series honors the memory of Guevara on the 25th. anniversary of his death, executed at Bolivia on October 1967.
