Nuestra Señora de la Caridad del Cobre (Our Lady of the Copper Charity), also known as "Mambisa" Vixen (Mambises is a term referring to the revolutionaries from Cuba, Dominican Republic and Philippines), is considered the protector of Cuba. This basilica is placed at the town "El Cobre" (the copper), in the province of Santiago.
