Interesting fact
One interesting fact about the A Token 1 Penny - Larcombe and Compy. (Brisbane; Queensland) ND (1860) coin is that it was made of copper, which was a common material used for coins in the 19th century. However, the use of copper for coins was eventually phased out in favor of other metals, such as nickel and cupro-nickel, due to the risk of copper poisoning from prolonged exposure to the metal. This makes coins like the A Token 1 Penny - Larcombe and Compy. (Brisbane; Queensland) ND (1860) a unique piece of history.
