Interesting fact
The 1 Ngwee coin from Zambia was designed by the famous sculptor and coin designer, John H. Mudge. He was known for his work on various coins and medals, including the Zambian currency. The 1 Ngwee coin features a portrait of the first president of Zambia, Kenneth Kaunda, on the obverse side, and the national emblem of Zambia on the reverse side.
