The 1 Mohur coin from Afghanistan, issued during the reign of Mahmud Shah (Ahmadshahi) in 1217-1218 (1803-1804), is interesting because it was made of gold and weighed 10.9 grams. This is significant because it highlights the rich history and cultural heritage of Afghanistan, as well as the country's economic and trade relationships with other regions during that time period. Additionally, the fact that the coin was made of gold suggests that it was a valuable and highly sought-after currency, which further underscores the importance of Afghanistan's economic and trade networks during this time.
