The crown divides the date at sides of cross and also the mint-master initials "GK" at sides on the lower part of crown's ring. Below the crown, but still inside the rope circle is the King's motto in italic lettering. Lettering is outside the circle starting from the top point. Value in letters in exergue.

Interesting fact
The 1 Mark Dansk - Frederik III 1666 coin from Denmark was made of silver, which was a common material for coins at that time. However, what makes this coin stand out is that it was one of the first coins to feature a portrait of a king, specifically King Frederik III, on one side, and a depiction of the Danish coat of arms on the other. This design was a departure from the traditional coin designs that featured religious symbols or other motifs, and it paved the way for future coins to feature portraits of rulers.
