Interesting fact
The coin , the 1 Lira (Teston of 20 Soldi) from Genoa, is interesting because it was issued during the reign of John Galeazzo Maria Sforza, who was the Duke of Milan and a powerful figure in Italy during the 15th century. The coin's design features an image of the Duke on one side and the coat of arms of Genoa on the other, symbolizing the city's allegiance to the Duke and his rule over the region.
