Interesting fact

The 1 Krone coin from Denmark, minted during the reign of Frederik IV (1699-1702), was made of silver with a purity of .833, which is relatively high compared to other coins of its time. This means that the coin contains 83.3% silver and 16.7% other metals, such as copper or nickel. The high silver content gives the coin a distinctive shine and durability, making it a valuable collector's item for numismatists.
