Interesting fact
The 1 Jiao coin from Fengtien Province (Chinese provinces) made of Silver weighing 2.60 g has a unique feature. It has a mistake in the Chinese characters inscribed on it. The character "中" (zhōng) which means "central" or "middle" is written upside down. This error is known as " inverse central character" and it's a rare mistake in Chinese coinage. This error makes this coin particularly valuable among collectors.
