Struck during the reign of Voivode Petru II Muşat [1375-1391]. Son of Muşata (Margaret) and grandson of Bogdan I, the founder of Moldavia. He struck silver Groschen (Groat, "gros" or "groș" in the local language), and half Groschen coins which are much rarer.
