Interesting fact
One interesting fact about the 1 Fuang - Rama III (Luk Sorn) ND (1848) coin from Thailand is that it features a unique blend of traditional Thai design elements and Western-style coinage features. The obverse side of the coin depicts a portrait of King Rama III, while the reverse side features a Thai dragon, known as a "Naga," surrounded by a wreath of flowers. This blend of East and West design elements reflects the cultural exchange and influence that occurred during the reign of King Rama III, who ruled Thailand from 1824 to 1851.
