Interesting fact

The 1½ Euro (André Citroën) 2008 coin from France was designed by the French sculptor and engraver, Joaquim Jimenez. The coin's design features a portrait of André Citroën, the French entrepreneur and founder of the Citroën car company, on the obverse (front side), and the logo of the European Union and the coin's denomination on the reverse (back side). The coin was minted to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Citroën's birth and was produced in a limited quantity of 10,000 pieces.
