Interesting fact
One interesting fact about the 1772 Charles Egon I Celtic-gold ducat coin from the Principality of Fürstenberg-Pürglitz is that it features a unique blend of classical and Celtic influences in its design. The obverse of the coin depicts a portrait of Charles Egon I, the ruler of the principality, surrounded by a wreath of oak leaves and a crescent moon, which are symbols of power and nobility. The reverse of the coin features a stylized Celtic cross, which was a nod to the region's ancient Celtic heritage.
