Interesting fact

The "Small Indian Head" $1 coin from 1854-1856 has a unique feature - it's one of the few coins in the world that has a design mistake. The coin was meant to have a depiction of Lady Liberty on the obverse (front side), but due to an error, the image of the Native American chief was accidentally placed on the obverse instead. This mistake was later corrected, but not before a small number of coins were minted with the incorrect design, making them highly sought after by collectors.
