This NCLT coin which commemorates the "Creatures of the Deep" is issued by the RAM in the "Four Coin 'C' mintmark & [B], [S], [M] Privymark" set for 2023. (Image of the coin on this page is the 'C' Canberra Mintmarked version). It is issued in the new style hard plastic holder with slipcard cover. The obverse of the coin features the transition design with tribute to QE II's 70 year reign.
