The Perth Mint began issuing Kookaburra coins with a Lunar Privy mark in 2012. Privy marks are distinguishing marks applied to more widely traded bullion coins to make a unique coin that is often in high demand. The 2019 Kookaburra was privy marked with the pig-privy for the Lunar year of the Pig in the upper right corner of the reverse. With a maximum mintage of 50,000 coins, the final declared mintage as of 31st December 2020 was 20,326, making this version extremely collectible as a Silver bullion coin.
