Issued by Australia Post was a ring folder containing 7 PNC's each celebrating a Gold Medal to Australia. Each PNC had a different postage stamp of the winning person or team but contained the same coin. An eighth gold medal was award to Australia just prior to the 2016 Games due to the disqualification of a Russian athlete for drug irregularities . No PNC was issued by Australia Post for this Gold Medal.
