Interesting fact
The Pattern 1 Doblon (Pattern) 1870 from Uruguay made of Gold is a rare and unique coin, with only 20 specimens known to exist. It was designed by the renowned artist and engraver, Charles F. F. de la Fosse, and features a portrait of Uruguay's first president, José Fructuoso Rivera. The coin was never officially released into circulation, making it a highly sought-after collector's item among numismatists.
