The 1981 Iraqi Airforce 1 Dinar coin features a unique design that showcases the country's aviation history. On the obverse side of the coin, there is an image of a MiG-21 fighter jet, which was a symbol of Iraq's military strength during the 1980s. The reverse side of the coin features the Iraqi Airforce emblem, which includes a stylized image of a bird in flight, surrounded by a wreath and the words "Iraqi Airforce" in Arabic.
