Interesting fact

The 1 Décimo coin from Chile, minted between 1879 and 1894, has an interesting feature. It was made of silver (.500) and weighed 2.5 grams, but it was also designed with a unique shape. Instead of being round, like most coins, it was minted in the shape of a hexagon. This distinctive shape made it easily recognizable and harder to counterfeit.
