Interesting fact

The obverse of the coin features a portrait of King Gustav Vasa, who was the first king of Sweden and ruled from 1523 to 1560. He played a significant role in the Protestant Reformation in Sweden and was instrumental in establishing the Church of Sweden as a Lutheran church. The coin's design was created by the artist Carl Gustaf Qvarnström and was minted in 1861.
