Order of the Garter crest supported by a crowned lion and a unicorn in chains, surrounded by an intricately detailed bowed wreath. On each side, a ring of beads outlines the raised rim, which is sharply squared off.

Lettering:
HONI SOIT [QUI] MAL Y PENSE
DIEU ET MON DROIT

Translation:
Shame on he [who] thinks evil of it
God and my right
