The first photograph on the coin shows Princess Elizabeth (later Queen Elizabeth I) with her mother, Queen Elizabeth (The Queen Mother), her father King George VI and her younger sister, Princess Margaret at
Windsor Castle in 1940 during the Second World War.
In contrast, the photograph at the bottom of the coin shows Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth I with future kings
Prince Charles and Prince William on the balcony of Buckingham Palace to commemorate the 60th
anniversary of the accession of the Queen - London, 5 June 2012.
The photographs are divided by a sceptre entwined with sprigs of oak inspired by the House of Windsor Crest,
with St Edward's crown, the official coronation crown featured at both ends and the shield of the Royal Coat of Arms in the centre.
